My name is Andy Simental, 22 years old and I am a personal trainer specializing in boxing, strength and agility training, and weight loss. I have always been accustomed to combat sports and have had 4 years experience in wrestling, 4 years in MMA, 7 years in football, and 3 years in hapkido and escrima. I have boxed since I was 15 and my record still stands at 7W, 0L and 3 knockouts. Along with a mixed martial arts record of cure 3W, 1L, with 2 knockouts. Being this experienced in training for all these years has allowed me to design enjoyable, effective workouts that can be easily modified to meet individual needs or limitations.
My goal as a boxing trainer is to perfect your specific boxing style into its full potential while being able to teach you the fastest, safest, and most proficient way as I can. As a client, you will receive my extensive knowledge and most advanced techniques to transform and make you realize what your body is capable of. I will also work with you to create a diet specifically suited to meet your needs and goals. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk of chronic diseases.
